Terms at Ranthambhore Bagh Palace

The booking, check-in, cancellation, and payment terms that apply to a stay at Ranthambhore Bagh Palace, and how we handle the information you give us.

Your Booking

  • You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
  • Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
  • You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
  • Other inclusions not listed as a part of this booking may be chargeable.

Cancellation Rules

  • If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, then the full amount will be refunded.
  • If cancellation is done between 5 - 7 days of arrival, then 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
  • If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.
  • If no show, then the full amount will be charged.
  • Safari bookings are non-refundable.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: 14:00 hours
  • Check-out time: 11:00 hours
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Check-in Requirements

  • For Indian Nationals: Valid photo ID (Driving Licence, Passport, Voter ID, or Aadhaar Card). PAN cards are not accepted.
  • For Foreign Nationals: Valid Passport and Visa are mandatory.

Hotel Terms and Conditions

  • Maximum of 3 adults per room (with an extra mattress)
  • Government taxes as per prevailing rates
  • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm bookings
  • Valid ID proof is mandatory at check-in
  • Outside food and alcohol are not permitted on the property
  • Smoking is prohibited in rooms and public areas (designated smoking zones available)
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay
  • Pet-friendly: Pets are welcome in designated areas only
  • Payment Options: We accept MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, RuPay, Diners Club, and American Express
  • Personal cheques are not accepted
  • Changes to bookings may incur additional charges
