Terms and conditions

The status given for any reservations cannot be substituted/ transferred to any other reservations. Any amendment in the itinerary/ hotel usage will be treated as a fresh request and we reserve the right to review accommodation status and applicability of rates.

General Terms & Conditions:-

• Management reserves the right to amend the package & withdraw any service without prior information.
• Booking will be confirmed only against full advance payment, Registered Travel Agent Hotel Voucher, Credit Card with Authorization Signed Form.
• Kindly send the Credit Card Details with expiry date / hotel voucher (if applicable) / advance 45 days in advance to hold the booking on confirmed basis.
• It is recommended to provide us the details of the advance payment deposited along with the scan copy of the deposit slip.
• During Diwali, Holi, Festivals / special occasion’s happenings in the city and from 24th December till 02nd January; rack rate/special rate will not be applicable; Special Package Rates will be applicable for such calendar events.
• Against advance deposit, money will not be transferred to any other account for any kind of service through cash/DD/cheque/online etc (Even if guest request it).
• It can only be transferred/refunded in same account for valid cancellations.
• Renovation – the hotel reserves the right to carry out renovations and upgrades as they deem necessary. The hotels are at their absolute discretion to make the decision.
• Kindly book your safari in advance if required.

Cancellation Policy:

• If cancelled, 30 days prior to the arrival date no retention will be levied.
• If cancelled, 15 days prior to the arrival date one night’s or 50% of total billing (whichever higher) will be charged as retention.
• If cancelled, between the period of 15 days to the arrival date - all the nights or entire stay will be charged/levied.
• Amount will be refunded as per above parameters & will be refunded through cheque/online & will not be refunded in cash.
• All No shows will also attract 100% retention charges.

Standard Time:

• Check-In: 12:00 Hrs
• Check-Out: 11:00 Hrs.

• Early check-in & late check-out is subject to availability.
• For guaranteed early check-in, room to be reserved from the previous night.
• For non guaranteed reservations; rooms are held subject to availability
• Late check-out charges as applicable.

Photo Identity:

• As per the Govt. directive; all guests are requested to produce the Valid Government Approved photo identity Card.
• PAN Card is not accepted as Proof of Address and proof of Identity.
• Valid Passport and Valid Visa for Foreign Nationals upon arrival.

Jungle Rides (if required):

• 0-5 year old children would not be allowed for jungle rides or will be subject to approval
• 6 – 12 year old children will be allowed for jungle rides and will be charged as per adult rate
• Valid Passport and Valid Visa for Foreign Nationals upon arrival.

Exclusive jungle rides are possible on an additional supplement/ charge (subject to availability)

Additional Person Policy

• 0-7 years free of charge
• 8 & above years as per extra adult rate with an extra bed

Tour leader/ Guide Discounts (for Tour Groups)

• 1-9 paying persons – No discount for Tour Leader/ Guide
• 10-14 paying persons – 50% discount on contracted rates – maximum of 2 guides sharing a room.
• 15+ paying persons – 1 room free on the same plan. Maximum of 2 Guides sharing a room

Deposit & Payment Terms:

25% of the reservation value should be deposited within 30 days of making a booking or before the dead line given by reservations and balance 45 days prior to the arrival for FIT’s and 90 days for GIT’s.

This special rate contract is to remain totally confidential between the Tour Operator/ Travel Agent & the property. The rates quoted herein, may not be published in any promotional material, brochure or on the internet unless they form a part of a package (including travel arrangements, sightseeing etc.) Should the rates contained in this agreement be sold directly to the public or commercial companies, this contract will be considered null and void.
